Each session is a bespoke experience tailored to you—blending expressive writing, nervous system science, creative and soulful ritual, and intuitive strategy. We move slowly, intentionally, and with reverence for your lived experience. These sessions offer a gentle yet powerful container for growth.

  • You share your thoughts, questions, or challenges through a private form or audio recording.

  • I take time to tune in, reflect, and respond with a heartfelt, intuitive message crafted just for you.

  • You receive a soulful reply with guidance, homework, and a follow up invitation (either by form again or audio) within 48 hours—something you can revisit again and again.

This isn’t coaching on autopilot. It’s intentional, thoughtful, and deeply personal.

To begin our work together, we will meet for an in depth consultation, where I will gather background history to help inform our work together. We will explore what would it would mean to be living your most aligned and fulfilling life through creating a collaborative vision for where we’re headed.


Attuned Presence & Nervous System Mapping

We begin with deep listening—tracking your body’s signals, stress patterns, and pain language. I help you name what’s been unnamed, and gently map the terrain of your nervous system so you can understand your pain with clarity and compassion.


Somatic & Expressive Tools for Regulation

You’ll receive personalized practices—breathwork, movement, journaling, and sensory rituals—to support regulation and relief. These aren’t one-size-fits-all. They’re curated to honor your sensitivity and help you build a toolkit that feels safe, doable, and empowering.


Pain-Wise Reframing & Emotional Integration

We explore the stories pain has written in your life—and rewrite them with truth, tenderness, and strength. You’ll learn to distinguish between pain and fear, between urgency (e.g. trauma responses) and intuition. Emotional processing is encouraged at a pace that feels manageable.


Ongoing Support & Reflective Integration

Between sessions, you’ll receive optional practices—reflective prompts, mind-body rituals, or nature-based practices—to help you stay connected to your healing. They’re invitations to deepen what we explore together in ways that feel nourishing and doable. Progress isn’t measured by productivity—it’s felt in the quiet moments when something shifts, softens, or makes sense.


Mindfulness Meditation & Embodied Awareness

We weave in guided meditations tailored to your nervous system’s needs—whether that’s grounding, softening, or reconnecting with breath and body. They’re invitations to return to yourself, gently. You’ll learn how to use mindfulness not as a bypass, but as a balm—cultivating awareness, compassion, and a sense of safety within.


Rituals & Micro-Actions

Transformation doesn’t require force—it asks for attunement. In our sessions, we co-create small, meaningful steps that honor your values, capacity, and lived experience. Whether it’s reclaiming movement, setting boundaries, or clearing away emotional residue, each micro-action is attuned to your nervous system, your story, and the seasons you’re moving through.
